Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original, saleable condition with all original packaging and seals intact.
A Return Authorization (RA) number has been obtained from our customer service team prior to shipping the item back.
How to Initiate a Return & Refund
Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the package until it reaches our facility.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refund Details
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
Deductions: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the returned items do not meet our eligibility conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
