All orders will enter our processing system within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes order verification, item picking and quality check, and final packaging for shipment. Once completed, your order will be handed over to our logistics partners for transportation.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We work with several international and local logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery service.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days. Please note this is an estimate and not a guaranteed date, as actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier operations, distance, weather conditions, and customs clearance processes at the destination.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to check the real-time status of your package on the carrier's website.

3. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped internationally, please note:

  • Your purchase will be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which may cause additional delays to the delivery timeline.

  • As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or related customs fees that may be levied by your country or region. These charges are determined and collected by the local customs authority when the parcel arrives. Sol de Janeiro Mall has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

4. Order Modifications & Address Accuracy

  • To ensure the fastest processing, we are unable to modify an order's contents or shipping address once it has entered the "Preparing for Shipment" stage.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, returned, or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you upon its receipt, and additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
